Ordering & Delivery

Q: When is the order cut-off time?
A: Orders close at 6 p.m. on Sunday each week. This allows us to prepare your order fresh on Tuesday and dispatch it promptly for delivery.

Q: What are the delivery days for my area?
A: Delivery times may vary, but here’s a general guide:

    • Metro & Greater Sydney (including Mid North Coast): Wednesday
    • Metro & Greater Melbourne: Thursday
    • Rest of NSW & VIC: Friday
    • Adelaide & Perth (Metro & Greater): Saturday
    • Far North Queensland: Monday (following week)

Q: What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
A: Don’t worry! Your order will be packed in thermal boxes with ice packs to stay fresh for up to 3 hours. We’ll leave your delivery in a safe spot by your door.


Product Information

Q: Are your products fresh or frozen?
A: All our products are freshly prepared, and each item is labelled with a clear use-by date. If you’re not planning to use it immediately, we recommend freezing it.

Q: Do you offer organic and free-range options?
A: Yes! We’re proud to offer certified organic beef, organic lamb. All of our products are free range. 

Q: Is the price per pack or per kilogram?
A: All prices listed on TSC Store are per pack, not per kilogram.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods like PayPal.

Q: Do you offer discounts for club members?
A: Yes! Members of clubs we supply in some areas are eligible for 10% off purchases on our online store - ask your club today for your promo code.


Supporting Wounded Heroes

Q: How does The Soldiers Cut support Wounded Heroes?
A: We donate $1 for every new meat tray sold through our wholesale business to Wounded Heroes Australia. Additionally, $10 from every Soldier's Support Cap sold goes directly to Wounded Heroes.

We're also excited to donate $2 from every box of meat delivered through TSC Store. An initiative that helps us expand our support to Wounded Heroes.
