How It Works

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed by 6 PM Sunday evening to ensure delivery the following week.

Production Schedule

Orders are produced on Monday and Tuesday.

Delivery Days

Delivery times may vary, but here’s a general guide:

  • Metro & Greater Sydney (including Mid North Coast): Wednesday
  • Metro & Greater Melbourne: Thursday
  • Rest of NSW & VIC: Friday
  • Adelaide & Perth (Metro & Greater): Saturday
  • Far North Queensland: Monday (following week)

Delivery Notifications

You’ll receive an SMS the night before delivery with a 2-hour delivery window.

If You’re Not Home

Don’t worry! Orders are packed with ice in thermal boxes and will stay fresh on your doorstep for up to 1 hour. Your Delivery stays refrigerated the entire journey from our factory.
